Senior Client Service and Operations Associate
Confidential Jobs is a fast-paced, thriving financial advisory practice based in Harrison, New York. They are seeking a Senior Client Service and Operations Associate who will be responsible for integrating operational efficiency and client service to support long-term growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities
Consistent and accurate completion of operational tasks, activities and workflows including account services and transaction processing
Manage daily operations including client onboarding, account maintenance, and transaction processing, account opening
Field client requests and complete tasks, following through to ensure our client's needs are met while following compliance standards
Preparing subscription documents for alternative investments, and separately managed accounts
Work with our custodian (Fidelity) to obtain account information and complete service requests
Ensure the prospect and client experience is performed as designed by managing and following the prospect and client timelines, and completing multi-step tasks
Oversee client billing
Document and update contact information, status updates, and other important information within the CRM database. (Salesforce)
Solving complex problems that combine multiple tech platforms on behalf of clients
Improve operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Opportunity to learn different functions within practice by supporting multiple roles
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience with financial services and or client service
Series 65. If not licensed it must be achieved within 6 months of hire. Other licenses may be required over time
Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook competency with an emphasis on Excel
Team player, strong work ethic, and expresses a 'client first' attitude
Process-driven tasking and follow up skills
Excellent client-facing skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to accomplish a variety of tasks in a detailed, efficient, and organized manner
Preferred
BA/BS degree preferred in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field
Salesforce experience a plus
