Responsibilities

Prepare and record journal entries and ensuring the accuracy of the entries

Maintain the financial reports and general ledger accounts while ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded

Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Researching and correcting account discrepancies

Meeting all monthly and ad-hoc reporting deadlines

Assisting with audits and other inquiries as needed

Required

Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance required

Highly ethical with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments

Team oriented

Organized and attention to detail required
