Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy and accounting operations for manufacturing sites
Build, manage, and develop a high-performing regional finance team
Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance (U.S. GAAP, SOX, statutory)
Own all close processes (month-end, quarter-end, year-end, statutory) and reporting accuracy
Drive financial KPIs across cost, production, profitability, and working capital
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
Partner with executive leadership to deliver insights and drive continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7+ years of manufacturing finance experience, including 5+ years in people leadership
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX/internal controls, and audit requirements
Advanced experience across close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Proven expertise in standard costing and manufacturing variance analysis
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including forecasting and scenario analysis
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing finance teams
Proficiency in advanced Excel and accounting/ERP systems
