Responsibilities
Work client strategy consulting engagements spanning Distribution Network Optimization, Warehousing Facility Design and Performance Improvement, Inventory Strategy
Contribute to new/enhanced Supply Chain service offering development and author relevant industry leading thought leadership materials
Support business development activities and serve as a career coach to junior consultants
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience within the supply chain, logistics, or warehousing industry, including at least two years within a professional services organization (consulting or software services)
The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs, and for personal development
An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact
An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates
A demonstrated track record of successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives, and the community at large
Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges
Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management or business management, or relevant work experience
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland
Preferred
Demonstrated expertise (via leading project delivery) within at least two of the following areas: Distribution/Warehouse Network Strategy
