Regional VP of Business Development

Legacy Hospice is seeking a driven and innovative Regional Vice President of Business Development to join their team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of regional marketing, establish and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources, and negotiate service contracts.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily marketing operations including the establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives
Ensure adherence to all laws, statutes, and regulations regarding marketing activities
Negotiate service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers
Assist in establishing organization volume projections in the annual budget and monitor allocation of resources
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
Recruit, select, orient, and manage members of the marketing team

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
At least three (3) years' experience in healthcare marketing management
Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel
Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
Personal car for travel and valid driver's license
Carry personal auto liability insurance coverage
Pre-employment drug screening is required, including testing for marijuana

Preferred

Master's degree preferred
Experience in hospice care operations preferred
