The ideal candidate will collaborate with design teams, manage fit sessions, and ensure product quality and compliance throughout the development process.

Responsibilities

Partner with Design and create specs/construction sheets for proto and fit samples utilizing blocks

Schedule and lead fit sessions, ensuring fit, sizing, construction, and quality are consistently achieved in line with standards; Evaluate garments to determine compliance with specs

Communicate with vendors regarding tech pack questions; Provide appropriate recommendations in collaboration with cross-functional teams; Serve as a technical problem-solving expert

Manage and communicate product fit changes in a timely manner to ensure workflow is maintained within related systems

Track and manage samples daily, work with Design, and ensure deadlines are met

Maintain block library for brand in 2D, 3D, or physical samples

Support the creation of development from initial concepts through pre-production samples

Communicate with team leadership and production department when issues are found; responsible for correction and communication back to the vendors with solutions and a clear record
