New Grad, Entry LevelProsidium Warranty & Capital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our growing Mexico market. This entry level, in-office role involves supporting the Accounting and Operations teams and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities
Enter data to record sold warranty contracts and ensure accuracy in all reporting
Reconcile cash activity to contract activation reports to support financial integrity
Provide inbound support to dealership partners
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to help the Accounting and Operations departments
Qualification
Required
Fluency in English and Spanish, including written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail paired with solid organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Clear and professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Proficiency with accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Previous accounting experience is helpful but not required
