Responsibilities

Lead and mentor project/program managers supporting cross-functional product teams

Own delivery operations, including quarterly planning, roadmap intake, risk management, and reporting

Ensure consistent processes across pods while enabling flexibility where justified

Partner with the Senior Director of Product Management to maintain predictable execution and visibility

Work with Engineering and Design to surface resource or dependency risks early

Maintain program dashboards, delivery KPIs, and leadership reporting

Improve processes, communication flows, and operating models to increase organizational velocity

Required

7+ years of experience in project management

Experience supporting product and engineering teams within an agile environment
