Responsibilities

Responsible for demonstrating all aspects of module assembly build processes, instrument set-up, power-up, testing, quality checks, validation, and meeting schedule expectations to company and customer specifications
Applies internal standards and quality fields across all assembly practices, including assisting in and crafting work instructions, job aids, and training directives, redlining drawings, and supporting a Kanban inventory system
In addition to developing production skills, this role provides varying levels of support to Engineering, Consumable Production, and Material Handling through post-design build efforts, testing, array and seal tape production, instrument shipment, and special projects as assigned
Identifies valuable processes and composes improvements to increase efficiency, performance, and productivity
Accountable for guiding less experienced production staff in every facet of module assembly and offering in-house assistance to the service team
Responds flexibly and collaborates to meet the business's needs internally and externally. Addresses important corporate initiatives when management requests

Required

High School Diploma or higher education related to manufacturing
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required in manufacturing or industrial production
Basic knowledge of standard mechanical and electrical tooling
Use of electrical meter
Use of power tools and pneumatic tools
Knowledge of measuring and calibration equipment

Preferred

2-year degree in a relevant field
Any licenses or certifications related to mechanical-electrical manufacturing
