Responsibilities

Lead the development of capital project scope, schedule and budget while following project management deliverables and best practices
Coordinate staffing and development of construction, commissioning and start-up plans
Lead equipment specification and procurement and develop, review and award bid packages for equipment and labor
Help conduct cost/inventory/production control and human factors studies to develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revise operating methods
Establish methods to maximize use of production facilities and personnel
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience

Preferred

1-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering/project engineering
SAP experience
