Responsibilities

Own and shape business strategy based on forward-looking insights, scenario planning, and market orientation
Demonstrate anticipatory intelligence—consistently scan the horizon for evolving customer needs, disruptive forces, and macroeconomic shifts
Define and refine differentiated value propositions that resonate with target customers and position the BU for long-term relevance
Champion voice of customer integration across all functions
Embed market and customer intimacy into product development, service models, and commercial strategies
Drive innovation that creates value—balancing breakthrough opportunities with practical delivery and risk management
Full P&L ownership, with an emphasis on optimizing for sustainable margin and growth
Translate operational decisions into clear financial outcomes
Exercise disciplined trade-off management between short-term performance and long-term enterprise value
Construct clear commercial and financial arguments to support investment, pricing, and resource decisions
Operationalize strategic intent through structured operating models and performance management systems
Build and maintain operating disciplines that drive precision, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure rigorous execution through performance metrics, dashboards, and cross-functional governance
Approach talent as a strategic asset—identify, develop, and deploy high-potential individuals to maximize business impact
Architect organizational structures aligned to strategic priorities
Foster a culture of trust, growth, and succession readiness

Lead and align cross-functional teams across Finance, R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, and IT to deliver integrated business outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Proven success in account management roles spanning sales, marketing, product management, and retail merchandising
Working knowledge of national retail account operations and vendor management
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across stakeholders
Track record of delivering business growth and innovation in customer-focused environments
Deep understanding of market dynamics, financial drivers, and operational execution
Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams

Preferred

Strong ability to build trust and long-term relationships through demonstrated credibility and competence
Willingness and ability to learn residential construction practices and Andersen product specifications
Excellent presentation and communication skills in both individual and group settings
