Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms to ensure performance, availability, and security

Build and update workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations across supported applications

Partner with the Information Security team to maintain governance, compliance, and accurate change documentation

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and align platform capabilities with business processes

Identify opportunities for workflow automation, process improvement, and adoption of new features

Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to track usage, adoption, and performance

Lead the onboarding of new departments into enterprise platforms, tailoring configurations and workflows to fit business requirements

Provide training sessions, user documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and positive user experience

Plan and deliver small-to-medium system enhancement projects, module deployments, or integrations on time and within scope

Partner with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate delivery of solutions

Required

3+ years of experience supporting and/or analyzing enterprise applications

Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, reporting, and integrations

Proven ability to gather requirements, map processes, and support adoption initiatives

Familiarity with SaaS administration, provisioning, and data analysis

Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities

Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable in balancing technical and business needs
