New College Grad - Wet Etch Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities
Establish and improve process condition and technology
Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost
Establish and modify process management projects
Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment
Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials
Abnormal analysis and improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field - or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with Screen, TEL, LAM strongly preferred
Advanced degree preferred
Experience with Wets tool troubleshooting
Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and semiconductor manufacturing processes
TIQ experience and knowledge on is a plus
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
