Manage a team of paralegals and clerks
Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice
Draft motions, prepare discovery, and conduct depositions
Develop litigation strategies and execute comprehensive case plans
Represent clients in court
Negotiate settlements that align with client's best interests
Lead and manage a team of paralegals and clerks, maintaining an environment of excellence and continuous growth
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
1+ years of civil litigation experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment
