Own sourcing for the raw materials used in flavors and ingredients
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and agreements, and support both production and innovation teams
Use MRP or ERP systems to forecast demand, manage inventory, and stay ahead of market changes that could impact supply
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience in flavors, ingredients, or food manufacturing
Experience managing supplier relationships
Ability to negotiate pricing and agreements
Experience using MRP or ERP systems to forecast demand and manage inventory
Comfortable working with suppliers and collaborating across teams
Willingness to be onsite during onboarding
