Responsibilities

Operate Hi-Lo machines to program integrated circuits (ICs), including setting up programming parameters, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring optimal production rates⁠⁠​
Configure and maintain programming equipment according to detailed technical specifications, performing routine calibration and preventive maintenance checks⁠⁠​
Perform comprehensive quality control testing on programmed ICs, including functionality testing, verification of program integrity, and compliance with both customer specifications and internal quality standards⁠⁠​
Manage the logistics of IC parts movement, coordinating with warehouse staff for raw materials and ensuring timely delivery to production lines⁠⁠​
Monitor equipment performance and promptly report any malfunctions or downtime to Technical Engineers, providing detailed information about issues encountered⁠⁠​
Maintain detailed inventory tracking systems for programming materials, consumables, and equipment, ensuring stock levels meet production demands⁠⁠​
Document all programming processes, test results, and quality control measures in compliance with industry standards and company protocols⁠⁠

Required

High school diploma required
1 year experience with computers required
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
