Business Development Agent
Passport Auto Group is seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Agent focused on making high-volume outbound calls to consumers interested in selling their vehicles. The role involves using provided call lists and CRM tools to achieve daily goals through effective communication and appointment setting.

Responsibilities
Make 100–150 outbound phone calls per day
Contact consumers from pre-loaded call lists (no cold list building)
Follow proven BDC scripts and word tracks
Qualify vehicle sellers and collect basic vehicle information
Set appraisal or buy-appointment times for the acquisition team
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Log all call activity accurately in the CRM
Complete follow-up calls to maximize contact rate
Qualification
Required
Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
Clear, confident speaking voice with strong listening skills
Ability to stay focused and productive in a high-call-volume environment
Coachable and able to follow scripts and call flow
Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
Preferred
Call center, BDC, or outbound sales experience preferred
