Director, Sales Development
Eagle Fire Inc. is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales Development to lead and optimize a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives. This role is critical in driving new business opportunities for commercial fire protection services through strategic leadership and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Build, lead, and mentor a team of SDRs to exceed pipeline and conversion goals
Develop strategic plans for outbound engagement and lead qualification
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to refine lead qualification criteria and optimize handoffs
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Hire, train, and coach SDRs for peak performance and career growth
Conduct call coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill-building workshops
Recognize and reward high performers to maintain a high-energy, success-driven team culture
Oversee daily SDR operations to ensure metrics such as call volume, contact rates, appointment setting, and opportunity creation are met or exceeded
Implement efficient workflows, scripts, and best practices for lead engagement
Leverage Salesforce and dialer technologies to maximize productivity and data accuracy
Track and report KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
Continuously assess and improve SDR processes for efficiency and scalability
Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate campaign performance and feedback loops
Identify and implement tools, automation, and analytics to enhance productivity and conversion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
7+ years of progressive experience in call center or inside sales leadership, preferably B2B or services
Proven track record leading SDR teams in high-velocity environments
Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, and sales funnel optimization
Exceptional communication, analytical, and motivational leadership skills
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a non-commercial vehicle for business purposes
Must comply with company-controlled substances and alcohol standards
Successful completion of background checks
Ability to sit, stand, and use office equipment for extended periods
Preferred
Experience in fire protection, building services, or facilities management is a plus
