Commercial Title Insurance Processor

LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Title Insurance Processor to join their dynamic real estate practice. Responsibilities

Support attorneys on mixed-finance transactions, including affordable housing and low-income housing tax credit developments
Underwrite purchase, refinance, leasehold, and construction transactions; review title search data, surveys, and zoning
Draft and issue title commitments, policies, and endorsements in compliance with state and national standards
Clear title exceptions, resolve curative issues, and communicate with stakeholders to keep deals moving
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports on open files, issued policies, and revenue metrics
Serve as the primary contact for clients, attorneys, and title companies
Assist with compliance through audits, AR tracking, and adherence to regulatory standards

Commercial title underwritingALTA standards knowledgeTitle production softwareActive TN underwriter licenseOrganizational skillsTime managementCommunication skills

Required

2–4 years of experience in commercial title underwriting, preferably with TN transactions
Strong knowledge of ALTA standards, escrow, and legal documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and title production/escrow software (e.g., SoftPro Select, Rynoh)
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

Preferred

Active TN underwriter license preferred
