Responsibilities

Maintain Core Building Systems – Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, HVAC, and other essential mechanical systems. Complete daily work orders, routine checks, and preventive maintenance tasks across the community

Support Energy Management & Equipment Care – Monitor the energy management system and log key information. Schedule and track equipment servicing to ensure functionality and longevity

Lead Safety-Focused Operations – Know and follow emergency protocols, responding appropriately during fire, weather, or mechanical incidents. Assist in maintaining a safe physical environment that supports both residents and staff

Provide After-Hours Support – Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to respond to after-hours maintenance needs
