Responsibilities
Strong corporate practice experience with a thorough understanding of corporate governance principles, including board and shareholder consents, as well as the administration of board and shareholder meetings
Demonstrated familiarity with corporate restructurings, including internal M&A, intercompany financing, and entity maintenance and wind-downs
Highly developed interpersonal skills combined with exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work closely and effectively with subsidiary directors who are senior VPs across business lines
