Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all phases of custom residential construction projects
Partner with cross-functional teams (project coordination, interiors, etc.), ensuring team has all necessary information to complete construction projects effectively and on time
Coordinate inspections, complying with local building codes
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and progress reports
Supervise trades, ensuring quality standards are met
Conduct site visits, walkthroughs and meetings as needed to maintain up-to-date status on all active projects
Oversee site safety, logistics, and daily operations
Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track and within scope
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in residential construction management, with an emphasis on luxury/custom
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and high-end finishes
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex workflows
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Buildertrend)
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical takeoffs
Strong leadership capability, with a collaborative, detail-oriented approach
