Diverse array of High-End Healthcare Work – including hospitals, healthcare entrepreneurs, providers, independent pharmacies, physicians and physician groups, urgent care facilities and more!
Client facing and hands on from day one
Real support with business development
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of hands on litigation experience
Must understand civil procedure, motion practice, discovery, negotiation, and most importantly, be a great writer!
Be able to communicate with clients – this is a client facing position
Four days a week in the office
NJ Bar admission a must
Preferred
Trial level clerkship preferred
NY and PA bar admission a bonus
Some experience with transactional healthcare work is a plus
