Responsibilities

Own and manage data across its full lifecycle, from acquisition through delivery
Support and enforce data governance, configuration management, and change control processes
Develop and maintain performance, functional, and physical data baselines
Create executive-level reports and metrics that inform decision-making
Ensure compliance with government and industry data standards
Identify, track, and resolve data deficiencies
Define and execute data management architectures, policies, and procedures
Operate with a high degree of autonomy while influencing strategy and technical direction

Required

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, reporting, or related technical roles

Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Healthcare or managed care experience
Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, QlikView, Hadoop, or similar technologies
