Responsibilities
Develop and implement data governance frameworks, standards, and controls for the private equity business
Map and document end-to-end data and reporting processes; identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions
Partner closely with Finance, Fund Operations, Investment Operations, Investor Relations, and Technology to enhance data flows and reporting quality
Lead or support key initiatives involving: Deal pipeline and portfolio monitoring systems, Fund accounting and finance systems, Valuation models and revenue workflows, Data lake infrastructure and reporting/visualization tools
Contribute to systems architecture decisions and firmwide data strategy
Qualification
Required
10+ years, including leadership of data or reporting initiatives
Experience in private equity, asset management, investment operations, fund finance, or closely related buy-side environments
Background in data governance, reporting, systems implementation, or process/control design
A proactive, detail-oriented approach in a data-intensive environment
Preferred
Prior experience in private equity or with reporting/visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
