Responsibilities
Prepare and attend some suppliers and project meetings to support the relevant category manager
Analyze indirect spend data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and sourcing priorities
Analyze the information, prepare reports and presentations to support the Category Managers in negotiations, projects etc
Support in the research for new suppliers when needed
Support RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations
Maintain supplier performance dashboards and track KPIs
Assist in the development of category strategies, procurement policies, and supplier vetting and rationalization initiatives
Support the supplier onboarding process and supplier portal maintenance for Indirect suppliers
Administrating centrally procured categories
Utilize AI tools to support sourcing events
Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect information whenever required to support negotiations, contracting, cost optimization, opportunities, etc
Assist stakeholders with sourcing specific items as needed
Monitor suppliers contracts, connect with the relevant local project managers and other areas (such as Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D) to gather information for negotiations (forecasted volumes, need of new contracts, and standardization)
Assist with reconciling and resolving basic supplier disputes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in Power BI or similar business analytical tools
Emotionally Intelligent

Valid driver's license, auto insurance (at least state minimum- more might be required), acceptable driving record per Schreiber Foods discretion, and vehicle that will ensure applicant can meet the travel necessities of the position are required
Authorization to work in the country in which the role is based
Preferred
0-6 years sourcing experience is preferred. Preferably within FMCG or industry area
