Ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions (invoices, payments, reconciliations)
Supporting budget tracking and variance reporting across departments
Managing supplier and customer accounts with precision and professionalism
Contributing to internal and external audits with organized, audit-ready documentation
Collaborating across teams to align financial processes with operational goals
Upholding financial compliance within a structured, regulated environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in financial operations—preferably within a multinational or Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment
Proficiency in ERP and financial systems
Strong English communication skills
Strong commitment to financial accuracy and compliance
Ensuring data integrity and adherence to internal controls
Solid proficiency in financial systems and reporting processes
Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret financial data and trends
Clear, professional communication with stakeholders across departments and vendors
Meticulous attention to detail in all financial documentation
Adaptability to changing priorities and resolution of financial discrepancies under pressure
Preferred
Experience in Xero considered advantageous
Additional language capabilities are a plus
