Responsibilities

Create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans

Independently develop and review code

Contribute to the go-live plan

Collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs

Required

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX/ Salt Lake City, UT or be willing to relocate to the area

This position may require travel to project locations

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution

Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology

Experience working in Application support, maintenance, and analysis in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, any RDBMS (Oracle/Sybase/DB2/MySQL/SQL Server/Postgresql) and Unix

Experience in debugging, analyzing and find the root cause of Production issues, log analysis, hot fixes if needed

Able to analyze and write production-ready Java code

Working knowledge of Unix/Linux with knowledge of commands used for log analysis, search, file operations, etc

Proficiency in object-oriented design principles

Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring

Hands-On Development and analysis skills are mandatory
