Business Support Analyst - Wealth Operations
Citizens is a financial services company, and they are seeking a Business Support Analyst in Wealth Operations. The role involves providing clerical, analytical, and operational support to business functions, ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Participate in monthly branch file moves along with the packing and shipment of client files to Iron Mountain facilities
Ensure the accuracy of any data entry, organization of documents and communication, which entails developing and maintaining process documentation, standard operating procedures, and user manuals
Engage in continuous improvement, which includes monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented improvements and suggest adjustments as needed
Complete operational risk management activities including record retention procedures; procedural governance; & compliance training
Qualification
Required
Completed high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with minimum 1 year of experience in banking and/or financial services OR completed Associate's or Bachelor's degree with minimum 6 months of work experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to various computer-based systems (e.g., Salesforce, NFS, Microsoft Office)
Physical ability to lift to up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis without any accommodation
Preferred
Knowledge of financial services regulations and investment products
FINRA licensures
Demonstrated job stability
Interest in Wealth Management
Documentation scanning experience
