Senior Researcher- Immuno-Metabolomics Core

Responsibilities
Performs laboratory experiments independently using established techniques/protocols
Sets up protocols, troubleshoots experiments using new or modified laboratory techniques
Accurately records experimental procedures and data
Prepares and reports results/ data leading to posters, presentations or publications
May provide guidance to entry-level employees
Performs other related duties as assigned in order to meet the goals of the department and institution
Maintains regular and predictable attendance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific area is required
Two (2) years of research experience is required
No prior experience is required with a Master's degree
Working knowledge and understanding of underlying concepts and principles of experimental design
Experience with the most widely used techniques used in the home laboratory
Proven performance in earlier role/comparable role
Preferred
Preferred degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Biochemistry
