Linnaeus is seeking an Office Manager for their VCA Animal Care Center of Sonoma County. The Office Manager will support hospital operations by leading administrative functions, ensuring excellent client service, and overseeing various office workflows to maintain smooth hospital operations.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support client service and administrative Associates
Oversee scheduling, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development
Support conflict resolution, client de-escalation, and positive team culture
Ensure smooth client flow and address non-medical client concerns
Manage office operations, supplies, phone systems, and basic IT troubleshooting
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and hospital protocols
Oversee financial processes including budgeting, purchasing, deposits, account receivable, and billing
Partner with leadership on marketing efforts, social media, and digital presence
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years supervisory experience in a client-facing role
3+ years experience in finance or accounting
Ability to lift 40 lbs, work on your feet, and handle a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in the veterinary industry
Experience in emergency or specialty veterinary & marketing
