Responsibilities

Perform clinical duties in physician practices under the direction of the practice manager and physicians
Responsible for rooming patients, obtaining and documenting vital signs, administering injections and medications, performing EKGs and other point of care testing and treatments, triaging phone calls and electronic messages, and performing check out duties
Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team
Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous medical assistant experience in vital sign accuracy, EKGs, medication administration, and immunizations
