Prepare legal descriptions for land parcels and easements within the company's property portfolio
Develop and coordinate in-house utility plans
Accurately interpret, review, and utilize land surveys and existing civil engineering drawings
Support Civil Engineers by executing drafting assignments and managing project documentation
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused
Ability to take direction and meet deadlines, working effectively both independently and in a team environment
Effective time management skills
Must possess a positive and professional attitude
Preferred
An Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
