The Full Time Co-Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the store, including achieving sales and profitability objectives, training staff, and maintaining store integrity.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all in store operations to drive and exceed sales, service and profitability objectives

Training and developing staff to meet sales goals

Meet or exceed company objectives in all measurable areas of the business

Supervise all in-store operations to achieve sales, service and profitability objectives, maintaining shrinkage, and operating cost controls

Maintain scheduling, payroll/selling cost at or below the budget standards

Ensure the fiscal integrity of the store by accounting for all cash merchandise, and other store assets

Maintain strong product knowledge for use in selling, merchandising, and giving feedback as requested

Adhere to visual guidelines including proper merchandising, signage and store cleanliness

Provide consistent assessment of each associates sales performance and work within the store to give feedback on areas of strength and opportunities while keeping in line with Company objectives

Provide timely written associate evaluations

Responsible for setting up and executing all store events

Lead initiatives to give back to the local community
