Responsibilities

Activate and onboard customers: Design and run pilots, AI implementations, and trainings that create the first “aha” moment fast and repeatable
Partner with leaders: Work directly with Heads of Pricing, RevOps, and Product at leading AI and fintech companies to expand Dealops’ footprint
Scale what works: Identify repeatable patterns from deployments, codify best practices, and shape the product so every new customer reaches value faster

Required

3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as top-tier consulting or investment banking, product management, forward-deployed engineering, or BizOps at a high-growth startup
Proven experience owning and delivering client or product workstreams end-to-end
Exceptional business intuition and ability to connect product capabilities to customer outcomes

Preferred

Experience with B2B Pricing, GTM tools, or AI agents a plus - but attitude and curiosity beat exact background
