Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience working on exciting projects, including healthcare, water, and master planning

Connect with peers and leaders through mentoring programs and our Young Professionals Network

Work under the guidance of architects, project managers, and other professionals on real assignments

Participate in the full design process, developing alternative solutions and creating presentation graphics to communicate concepts to clients and stakeholders

Collaborate on design development, including drawings and models, and assist production teams with technical details and construction documents

Perform additional duties as needed to support project success

Required

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

Attention to detail

Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills

Basic Microsoft Office skills

An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred

2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA

Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry

Experience and/or interest in low-carbon and healthy materials

Experience and/or interest in regenerative design/LBC

Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED/SDGs

Experience and/or interest in Fitwel/WELL

Experience and/or interest in AIA Framework for Design Excellence
