Responsibilities
Dive into real projects from day one with clear responsibilities and impactful tasks
Developing a standardized system for process and quality control
Refining the existing Control Plans For mill #2 and #3
Creating a robust decision tree for mill #3 regarding Quality, Productivity, and Equipment preservation
Creating work instructions for activities that have been a cause of quality complaints
Learning about the quality tools that are used to develop a control plan and the subsequent documents
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in a relevant field, e.g., Industrial Engineering/ Management, etc
Strong oral and written communication skills
Problem Solvers: Enjoy collaborating to tackle challenges
Leaders: Demonstrate leadership in various settings, such as school clubs, sports teams, or work projects
Authorized to Work in the U.S
Able to pass a drug screen and background check
