Responsibilities

Collaborate on internal RBI certification system across Amazon operations
Design RBI certifications for high-priority continuous development topics
Design AI evaluations and personalized learning recommendations
Write strategy documents, Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to manage product designs
Coordinate development and quality control of materials
Identify onboarding efficiencies based on certification completion
Develop robust external validation process, potentially
Partner across Amazon operations to ensure stakeholder alignment
Drive adoption of RBI standards across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Technical Training, Design, or a related field
Experience applying concepts of learning science, educational psychology, and instructional design principles to learning solutions
Experience using data analytics to drive learning strategy and demonstrate business impact
Experience using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Vyond, and Captivate and other video editing and graphic design software
Experience in one or more IT infrastructure domains (storage, compute, networking, security, software development, systems administration, database engineering or administration, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, big data, DevOps, or other IT infrastructure domain)

Preferred
