Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
Quarles & Brady LLP is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join their national Intellectual Property group practice. The role involves representing clients in various stages of intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, and trade secrets cases.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Early case assessment and investigations, including accused products and prior art analysis
Drafting invalidity and infringement claim charts and assisting with contentions
Drafting pleadings and motions, including handling related meet-and-confers
Preparing and responding to written discovery and working with e-discovery tools and vendors
Managing complex discovery and discovery negotiations
Preparing claim construction briefs and hearing materials
Working with experts on reports and testimony
Preparing deposition outlines and exhibits
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in Intellectual Property litigation
Experience or strong interest in representing clients in all stages of patent, trademark, trade secrets, and other intellectual property litigation
Very strong academic record
Outstanding organizational skills
Outstanding communication skills
Outstanding writing skills
