ATP Flight School is the nation’s largest flight school, providing students with the most efficient path to successful airline pilot careers. The Sales Development Manager will lead initiatives to optimize lead conversion and strengthen sales systems to drive enrollment growth in the Airline Career Pilot Program. This role involves analyzing data, implementing best practices, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the student experience while achieving enrollment goals.

Education

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to increase lead-to-enrollment conversion across all channels
Identify process bottlenecks and implement systems and tools to streamline the admissions and sales workflow
Partner with Marketing to align campaigns with sales goals and track performance metrics
Coach and support Admissions Representatives and Training Center teams to improve prospect engagement, communication, and follow-up effectiveness
Create standardized reporting to measure key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, response times, and program sales performance
Conduct regular reviews of lead management, CRM utilization, and call center effectiveness
Collaborate with Training Support and Finance teams to ensure seamless transitions from prospective student to enrolled student
Lead training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews to strengthen sales skills and consistency across locations
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic growth initiatives
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability focused on student success and company growth

Required

Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or process improvement
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Demonstrated success implementing systems or processes that improved efficiency or conversion performance
Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

Preferred

education or flight school experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
