Responsibilities
Following company policies and local, state, and federal laws and best practices within functional area to provide customer service including: customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Performs clerical duties such as making copies, filing, organizing, and paying invoices
Answering phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or takes messages
Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences
Researching, analyzing results and presenting potential solutions/ recommendations
Preparing reports and executive summaries
Qualification
Preferred
A Bachelor's or technical degree (or equivalent) is preferred
Minimum 0–3 years experience with spreadsheets, inventory management, project management
Prior Microsoft Office software (Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) experience and basic project management skills
