Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers and engineers in designing and implementing a ForgeRock CIAM solution, including components like ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS, IGA, and IG
Develop strategies for onboarding applications and creating application-specific security policies
Collaborate with the Agile delivery team to meet requirements and ensure project milestones are achieved
Communicate risks and issues to the project manager and assist in problem-solving
Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery by reviewing team deliverables, providing guidance, and removing obstacles
Advocate for and implement industry best practices in CIAM and cybersecurity
Stay updated on new technologies and recommend their adoption

Required

8+ years of experience in IAM solution design and implementation
8+ years in designing and implementing IAM solutions
4+ years with ForgeRock IAM solutions
Expertise in CIAM functions, ForgeRock AM and IDM, SAML, OIDC, and SOAP APIs
Proficiency in REST APIs, LDAP, and Java
Understanding of web development, Agile methodologies, and experience with at least one major CSP (AWS, Azure, GCP)
ForgeRock technical certification and cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or (ISC)² SSCP
Experience working in or with the US federal government and holding a US government security clearance
Ability to obtain a US government security clearance
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
