Responsibilities
Partner with external counsel and our Sales team to identify and mitigate business risks during contract reviews
Maintain and update contract templates, terms of service, privacy policies, and related documents
Improve and maintain systems that support our commercial operations (e.g. routing contract reviews, implementing and building-out our contract management system)
Drive compliance-enhancement projects to reduce risk and expand our ability to serve regulated and enterprise customers
Qualification
Required
Generalist business background (e.g. consulting, operations) or a legal background
Structured, analytical thinker with strong verbal reasoning skills
Comfortable working with complex written materials and ambiguous problems
Comfortable working with numbers and ability to learn financial concepts
Ability to reason through business processes end-to-end and improve or automate them
Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external experts (e.g. lawyers, customers)
Organized and able to manage multiple projects in parallel
Demonstrated sound judgment, ownership, and a bias for action in fast-paced environments
Low-ego attitude — no job is too small or too large
Strong academic background with evidence of analytical rigor
