Responsibilities

Assist with preparation, review, and filing of tax documents and supporting schedules
Support the tax team during busy season with reporting, data entry, and documentation management
Reconcile accounts and validate financial data related to tax filings
Assist with tax research projects and maintain organized workpapers
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company procedures
Willingness to engage in more clerical/administrative tasks (i.e. filing, sorting mail, etc.)

Required

Completion of an Accounting degree by December (or Winter semester)
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities

Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
