Lead Curriculum & Assessment Designer
Priority Cares Home Services is a New York-based agency dedicated to providing compassionate care to communities. The Lead Curriculum & Assessment Designer is responsible for designing and improving the Early Childhood Curriculum for PreK3 and PreK4 programs, ensuring compliance with state standards and integrating assessment-driven instruction.

Responsibilities
Design and oversee curriculum scope, sequence, and instructional frameworks for ages 3–5
Ensure curriculum alignment to NYSED standards and UPK grant requirements
Develop formative and summative assessments aligned to curriculum objectives
Create standards crosswalks and documentation for district review
Collaborate with PD staff to integrate assessment-driven instruction
Support mixed-age classroom instructional models
Review data trends and recommend curriculum refinements
Qualification
Required
Doctorate or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or Literacy
Minimum 10–15 years of curriculum and assessment design experience
Demonstrated expertise in Science of Reading and early literacy development
Preferred
Experience working with large urban school districts and CBOs
