Assistant Professor of Practice in Marketing
Moravian University’s School of Business and Economics invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor of Practice in Marketing, beginning Fall 2026. The position involves teaching undergraduate marketing courses, developing course content, providing academic advising, and engaging in professional practice and research.

Responsibilities
Teach a 4-4 load of undergraduate marketing courses in multiple modalities (on-site, online, hybrid)
Develop and teach courses in Marketing, Management, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, and related areas
Provide substantive academic advising and mentoring for undergraduate students (majors, minors, first-year students, and others)
Maintain active engagement in professional practice, applied research, or pedagogical innovation
Supervise experiential learning or marketing research projects
Participate in professional organizations and contribute to a diverse, inclusive academic community
Engage fully in the academic life of the School of Business and Economics, including program development, curriculum innovation, assessment, and participation in school-wide initiatives
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise in Strategic Marketing, Analytics and Research Methods
Ph.D. in Marketing or a related field (ABD considered); or
Master's degree and 5+ years of professional marketing leadership experience
Strong analytical or research background, especially in integrated AI or emerging technologies in marketing
