Responsibilities

Provide daily operational support to ULPs Private Credit clients
Support all aspects of credit operations including Commercial Real Estate, Middle Market Direct Lending, and Broadly Syndicated Loans
Build and own cash and position reconciliation workflows
Provide quality control and maintain data oversight
Participate in projects for automation and process improvements as it relates to credit operations, position reconciliations, and cash management
The role requires close interaction with various parties including client service support, fund accounting teams, technology and sales/relationship management teams. This role will involve working in a dynamic team environment and presents opportunities to further develop industry knowledge to provide custom operational support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of bank debt and fixed income securities and how they relate to different fund structures

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
Undergraduate degree with 6+ years of relevant work experience in investment
Experience in the Private Credit/Middle Market loan space
Experience with loan operations
Proactive, self-motivated, excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
Demonstrated understanding of Loan Administration Practices
Organized, detail-oriented and extremely thorough with strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative
Proficiency of Microsoft Office Applications
Management or financial services environment (loan operations experience required)
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time to complete deliverables timely and accurately
Team-oriented individual with the ability to work well across diverse groups in a collaborative, dynamic team environment

MBA preferred
Experience with Virtus and FIS accounting systems
