Responsibilities
Serves as a resource person for EHR specific practice management requirements used to develop documentation, reporting, billing, and workflows
Assists with developing and maintaining Policy and Procedures for EHR system
Merges EHR Records
Assist with reconciliation of records
Runs and creates reports
Responsible for error que
Assist in managing documents in the system
Supports the goals and mission of MCR
Adheres to the safety policy of MCR
Assist with developing training material and supporting functionality of Athena Communicator
Assist with staff logins and password resets for websites
Performs and embraces other duties as assigned from time to time
Verify with EHR Manager before any changes are made in the practice system
Fully document any changes that are made in the practice management system
Maintains an open line of communication with leadership team on the status of MCR operations and key performance indicators as it relates to areas of assigned responsibility
Obtains and maintains any identified certifications
Promotes the concept of Provide an Exceptional Experience to Everyone, Every Time
Completes day-to-day tasks to assure smooth operation of MCR
Supports the mission and vision of MCR Health
Adheres to all MCR policies, procedures, and standards
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Current and Valid Florida LPN/RN License required
A minimum of 2 years' experience as LPN/RN required
A minimum of 2 years' experience using an Electronic Health Record System required
Valid driver's license required with the ability to move between sites as needed to oversee, observe, and monitor operations
Preferred
A minimum of 2 years' experience in training and support preferred
Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint proficiency preferred
