They are seeking a Process Engineer Intern to assist with the 26 Tube Mill CAPEX Project, focusing on startup and operating parameters, as well as creating SOPs and work instructions for training operators.

Responsibilities

Dive into real projects from day one with clear responsibilities and impactful tasks

Receive guidance and formal training from passionate professionals and your dedicated manager

Engage with senior leadership and gain invaluable insights into the industry

Work with the Process Engineering Team during Project Startup and Commissioning to determine precise Startup and Operating Parameters to use when Operating this newly modified Circuit

Document and develop SOP’s and Work Instructions to be able to Train existing as well as Future Operators to run the Circuit in an optimum manner

Collaboration with Multiple departments (Project eng, Operations, Safety, Process Engineering, and Quality)

SOP and Work Instruction Creation

Training of Employees on Proper Operation

Learning full scope Operation of a newly modified Tube Mill Circuit

Measuring Product and Process Variables to determine Optimal Set Points for Operation
