Responsibilities

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders as you lead the execution of project financing transactions from term sheet through closing, including due diligence, and document negotiation

Manage cross-functional collaboration with project developers, ecology and carbon teams, legal, tax, and other technical consultants to ensure transactions progress smoothly

Review and negotiate project finance transaction documents and project contracts to effectively assign risk and align stakeholders

Interact with and interpret the financial model to quantify project risks, and support contract negotiation positions

Coordinate closing processes, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving deal parameters with high accuracy and attention to detail

Build strong working relationships with counterparties, project partners, and potential investors

Collaborate with team members across time zones, including some irregular hours aligned with deal needs
